QUINN

Meet Quinn
Quinn is a sweet 3-year-old female weighing 61.6 pounds who needs a safe and quiet foster home where she can begin to heal.
Quinn is timid and unsure around new people, but those who have taken the time to get to know her have seen her sweet side. She even knows how to give paw. Despite everything she is currently facing, Quinn allows handling and palpation without issue and has shown no aggression, reactivity, guarding, or other concerning behaviors.
Quinn does have significant medical needs. She is underweight, heartworm positive, and has a substantial injury affecting her left hind leg. She is currently limping, and she also has a leftward curvature of her spine. Radiographs have been completed and submitted to a veterinarian, and we are awaiting further recommendations to determine the best course of treatment for her.
At this time, Quinn will not walk on a leash, which may be related to her injury or discomfort. She is currently receiving multiple medications and preventatives and will need a foster who is able to help manage her medical care while our team works to get her healthy.
Her compatibility with other dogs and cats is currently unknown.
Quinn has been through enough. What she needs now is a patient, compassionate foster willing to give her the time, stability, and care she deserves. A quiet home where she can rest, decompress, receive her medications, and feel safe will give Quinn the best opportunity to begin healing both physically and emotionally.
We are urgently looking for a foster home for Quinn. If you can open your home to this sweet girl and help her through her recovery,
