He can become very interested in food and has had an incident involving bones he found in the trash. His new home will need to be mindful about keeping tempting items safely out of reach and continue providing the structure, supervision, and guidance he needs to make good choices.
This is an important consideration, but it is just one part of who Hank is. Like many rescue dogs, he is still learning, and he has so many wonderful qualities to offer the right family.
