Broley is a 5-year-old Great Dane with a gentle heart, a laid-back personality, and a deep desire to connect with the right person. While he may be cautious with new people at first, those who earn his trust discover a loyal, affectionate companion who loves being close to his favorite human.

Broley enjoys the simple things in life—a comfortable couch, a quiet home, a fenced yard to explore, and plenty of time to relax. He's not looking for an active lifestyle or constant adventures. Instead, he thrives in a calm environment where he can move at his own pace and feel secure.

Special Considerations

Broley has behavioral needs that require an experienced, patient adopter or foster. He can be wary of unfamiliar adults and requires slow, thoughtful introductions to new people and situations. Building trust with Broley takes time, but his progress has shown that he is capable of forming strong bonds when given the opportunity to feel safe.

Because of his needs, Broley is looking for a very specific home:

• Must be the only dog in the home

• No children

• Cats are acceptable

• Quiet, low-traffic environment preferred

• Secure fenced yard strongly recommended

Like any true Great Dane, Broley also has a mischievous streak and is known to help himself to unattended snacks, especially fruit and bread left within reach.

Broley doesn't need a perfect home—he needs an understanding one. With patience, consistency, and respect for his boundaries, he has the potential to become an incredibly devoted companion. He is currently seeking a foster or foster-to-adopt home where he can continue building confidence and finally experience the stability he deserves.
