Gus is a 3-year-old Great Dane searching for a fresh start with someone who understands that trust and confidence are built over time.

This handsome boy has already completed professional training and comes with an excellent foundation. He is neutered, housebroken, crate trained, walks well on a leash, and rides comfortably in the car. Gus knows the routines of home life and is ready to continue learning with someone committed to helping him succeed.

Gus is looking for an adult-only home where he can be the only pet. He cannot live with dogs or cats and will thrive in a calm, predictable environment with an experienced adopter or foster who is willing to continue reinforcing the skills he has already learned. Like many dogs who need a little extra support, Gus benefits from patience, structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement as he works through his reactivity and space-guarding behaviors.
