BABY BEAR

Location: Brownsville, TX

Baby Bear is a 3-year-9-month-old Great Dane weighing approximately 115 pounds. He was found abandoned behind a Walmart and brought to the shelter on May 30, where he has been patiently waiting for a second chance.

Despite everything he has been through, Baby Bear remains a sweet, gentle, and easygoing dog. He gets along well with other dogs, enjoys a calm environment, and is content to relax and do his own thing. Friendly and affectionate, he has a loving personality that shines through once he feels comfortable.

Baby Bear is currently unaltered and can be somewhat selective with his food. He is presently eating Heritage Ranch dry food mixed with Beneful wet food and water. Additional medical records are being gathered.

A foster, foster-to-adopt, or adoptive home is urgently needed. If a foster placement is secured, rescue intake is available. Baby Bear deserves the chance to leave the shelter behind and find the safe, loving home he has been waiting for.
